Caitlin found her way into teaching during the early days of the pandemic, when stages went dark, and she needed somewhere to pour her artistry. She chose to share it. Now, she teaches theatre to students of every age and ability, with a soft spot for Shakespeare, Linklater voice work, and building original pieces through devising.

Cait completed her MFA in Theatre Education and Applied Theatre at Emerson College in May 2025.

She currently serves as Co-Director of Education at Theatre Aspen in Aspen, CO.
